His dad Eric was a great Vol player, sad that the current staff did not recruit Ben at least that is what I heard from a friend in Memphis.

Bagget was at MUS on wednesday and didn't even talk to Ben, just the MUS staff. Bagget said they would not be recruiting him. It is a shame. After seeing Jelks film and watching Ben's there is no question I would rather have still

Since were going to be limited in scholarship and will probably only take 2 or 3 O lineman. I'm not surprised that Tennessee didn't offer look at who did.

Still only had offers so for from Ole Miss, Memphis, Tulane & Western Kentucky. Other than his dad being a former VOL that would be the only reason for Tennessee to pursue him but there are other In-State OL prospects that is getting way more publicity right now in recruiting such as these two guys... Graham Shuler (Nashville, Brentwood Academy) (9 Offers) and Andrew Jelks (Paris, TN, Henry Co.)(9 Offers Including the VOLS)

Shuler has offers from Boston College, Cincinnati, Duke, Louisville, Mississippi State, Purdue, Stanford, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest.

Jelks has offers from Tennessee, Arkansas State, Cincinnati, Duke, Ole Miss, Missouri, Louisville, Vanderbilt & Wake Forest.
