'12 TN OL Ben Still

I have a feeling that he will pick up an offer right after signing day. Thought he would get one by now, but looks like the coaches have been canvasing GA pretty hard for the '12 class already since we get so many from there. All of this in addition to hiring a S&C coach and trying to finish out the '11 class.

Kimbrow already has an offer, but I expect them to hit Memphis pretty hard for a day or two after signing day. They could easily hit up Olive Branch and South Panola on the same trip.

Yeah. I'm pretty sure he still hasn't been offered yet though. And we will be very very selective on the OL in 2012. Might just take 2. It would be in Still's best interest to commit immediately when/if he gets an offer.

I said might take 2. Probably will be 3 though. I wouldn't expect more than that. Our current OL is very young and that depth could very well scare some OL off. Regardless Still is obviously a take, but I think he should jump on UTs offer immediately if he wants a guaranteed spot.

Word on the street is that the lack of interest to date is going to hurt the Vols if they do seek a commitment in the future. To my understanding TN has not even pushed to get him to JR day, but several other SEC schools have. Ole Miss is the favorite at this point. Long way to signing day, but rumors are that TN could be soon be out of the race for his services if they ever decide they want to get on it.

I am surprised that UT seems to have a lack of interest. IMO, his best asset is that he is versatile and could play C or Guard depending on need.

They'll take 3 but they are going to be very very selective. I'm not sure any of the in-state offensive lineman will get an offer.

The staff knows who the kid is. If they're not recruiting him hard that should tell you all you need to know.

Saw on TOS that he may have gotten an offer this week? Would be news to me based on what I heard. Can y anyone confirm. Real Da'Rick or any of you other MUS guys know?

We have kids higher on the board that Dooley feels good about. Blur said we wont be going after many in state O-linemen this year.

After dealing with AD80, Dooley may feel like Vol legacies aren't worth the trouble.

Hopefully anyone named Berry gets a pass.
