Well I was born in Illinois. I do enjoy a good hotdog or kielbasa, but some of the "boner" comments made on these forums in relation to these young men have tended to put me off of sausage for a while. And when UT scores touchdowns I do like to "Shake it Up, Baby".

Well that sucks. We need another top rated kicker. I know Pallardy is supose to be all that, but he's been hurt and not able to deliver. Whatever is going on causing our kickers to get injured... we need to have a backup. It's my gut feeling that a few of our games this season might come down to a couple of field goals.

The walk on kid is a more than capable backup I believe...

You mean Darr? I hope you're right. I haven't seen a lot about him and his ability. I tried doing some searches, but didn't find many specifics.

I don't have confidence in our kickers or perhaps its the st Coach who is not training them properly How often will we have opportunity to land a kid of this caliber? Best in state and top 10 nationally... Hope Palardy Makes it through season.

I hope the coaches can find the answer this year. Our kicking and ST in general have been aweful the past few years. The constant injuries seem real strange. Pallardy was supose to be all everything coming out of high school. I hope he gets well and starts living up to the hype. I'm not usually this concerned about kicking, but with the level of our teams talent I think we could be in some close games this year if we can put 6 or 9 additional points on the board. I guess we'll see. I know we are tight on schollies this year, but I'm not sure a highly rated kicker wouldn't have been a better choice than one more 3 star running back. Especially when that kicker was instate to boot. This is why they pay CDD the big money and UT pays me zip for my input. lol

Agreed about using a schol on Foster. To be able to pin teams back the way he can is worth it. We need healthy kid's with amazing leg's. This kid was booming 60 yards or more at an MBA game last year.... during warmups. ( punts... he is a combo )I was there. NFL hang times as well. 5 seconds average. It's all conjecture though. If they are messing kid's up when they get there then it doesn't matter how good they are out of high school. Hope this get's fixed this year. CDD... show us you deserve those big bucks!
