Who will Kimbrow choose?

Locastro has done less with more talent than Fulmer and Richt combined.

I can't necessarily agree with that. Postseason success can't be squandered without first getting there. He's got what it takes to make it deep into the tournament, he just has trouble once he's there

Every team makes the playoffs in their Division.

Just curious why you are reading and posting on this thread if you are too cool to care?

This crap ass thread doesn't belong here anymore. He's a comdore, why keep talking about him. Take it to the high school board so we don't have to weed through the trash players from trash schools.

Ignore thread feature isn't that hard to figure out.

We need some playmkers, Dooley needs to go back in and get this kid.

No we don't. He would not have done anything in the run game either. No holes=No yards.

Poole and Lane could have caught some screens and maybe made a couple plays to slow down the pass rush, but for whatever reason....we do not seem to like running them. Maybe the staff should look into it. JMO

I agree with the lack of screens. what the hell Chaney, do it, they were blitzing 7. but its no secret that we lack speed. having kimbrow along with young would be good, let's turn him.

If he runs wild on MUS next week, then there is no argument. If they shut him down like they did last year, then yes, there is argument against those numbers.

Consider his numbers against Briarcrest vs. Wilkins numbers.

Sounds like he got shot down tonight. There is an argument against his numbers! :)

I think official line was 16 carries for 38 yards ; 1 fumble, 0 TD's

Funny that he referred to himself as the best back in the country this week.

Wasn't expecting it to be that bad. Isn't MUS playing without several defensive starters too?

Yep. They got Dale back but had 2 others go out. Also were missing starting RB and the backup who was killing it tonight may have broken his ankle in 3rd

Until tonight, Briarcrest was the only decent team that East had played. That was the game where Kimbrow had one TD and under two hundred yards rushing. MUS is MUCH better... and you see the results. A total blow-out. Not feeling so bad tonight about not getting Kimbrow.

And Wilkins went for 300 against Briarcrest.

I hear ya, Bro. Best back in the country, my arse. I think I remember Marlon Brown saying he thought he was the best wide receiver in the country when he was being recruited. Need I say more? :eek:lol:

MUS was 2-3 before tonight if I'm not mistaken. It's not like this was a typically talented MUS team.

The people bashing Kimbrow for tonights game clearly didn't watch it.

If you watched the game, you'd know that the defense was through the o-line before Kimbrow received the hand off. It's like watching Chris Johnson try to run on the Titans this year or Poole trying to run on the Vols this year. The run blocking is terrible.

Nobody would rush well with East's o-line. They were already down 21 by the time Kimbrow had 5 carries.

The hate for a high school kid playing on a loser team and heading to another loser team is unreal. Ever think there is a reason he wants to get a quality education? He obviously doesn't know what winning feels like. His team is s***

He'd feel more winning at UT than at Vandy. But anyway, there is no hate for Kimbrow and his team does not suck. He is just not as good as he thinks he is.

I watched the game. Obviously MUS was the better team, but top notch running backs don't get held for under 40 yards against average high school competition. It's not like he is rushing against Colrain or STA. Running Backs that are supposed to be as explosive as Kimbrow has been billed simply should never have a game like that. When North Hall is getting beat like a drum Imani Cross still manages to get his yards regardless of the circumstances.

Honest question...

33att 77yds for Chris Johnson after 2 games

9 att 18yds for Poole against Florida

Do CJ and Poole suck? Because that's how bad Kimbrow's o-line was tonight. I actually watched the game and he was getting tackled while taking the hand off. Kimbrow isn't the only running back that couldn't run with East's line tonight. No running back could have
