Saw that earlier. Hesitated to post it for obvious reasons.

He's playing against some god-awful defenses, but there is no arguing against numbers like that. That's over 20 yards per carry.

If he runs wild on MUS next week, then there is no argument. If they shut him down like they did last year, then yes, there is argument against those numbers.

Consider his numbers against Briarcrest vs. Wilkins numbers.

MUS is a step up from anybody East has played so far. I'll be interested to see if he can put up good numbers against them, Whitehaven, and WSHS.

Last year he had about 15-20 yards until about 4 minutes left in the game. He then cracked a 80 yard TD run against a mixture of 2nd-3rd team players for MUS. Their D was really down last year due to injuries. They are suffering from a few injuries this year, but are vastly better defensively this year vs. last year IMO.

Kimbrow got visibly frustrated in that game. Ran mostly E & W and had a tendency to get out of bounds to avoid contact.

I think the kid is a good back, but his hype has tended to be overblown, especially with the playstation numbers against the middle school esque defenses. I tend to believe that Robinson and Wilkins will be better college players.
