Anyway, how important was this guy really? I am not trying to rationalize, but in the UT offense, that I have seen so far, he seems like he would be more of a luxury with Mathers and/or JR being more of a guy that this offense thrives with. Maybe I am totally off-base.

So what happened with his recruitment to make him so Anti-Vol anyway?

Some anti-Kimbrow sentiment on here (from what we've gathered) is what "allegedly" turned him against us. You are also correct that he would have been a luxury player. No one expected him to be an every-down, integral part of our offense.

Oh, gotcha.

If someone thinks UT fans are the only ones that run their mouths, first of all, choke yourself. Second, you should listen to the Paul Finebaum Show. You'll realize what true scum sounds like on that show. Although the UT fanbase has plenty of folks like Tammy, Bobby from Homewood, I-man, Jim from Crestwood, etc :crazy: , it seems that the concentration of this type of fan is unsurpassed in the state of Alabama.

High-quality low-class entertainment, though. :eek:k:

We've got ours, for sure. Definitely not as bad as the Barners and Bammers. I don't think BK understands this.

Maybe thats why he's going to vandy. They only have a dozen or so fans and none of em care that much.:)

Shockingly, it is true. :p

If Kimbrow is really going to let some posters on a message board affect his decision that much...well it makes one have to wonder just how well he would actually perform under the scrutiny of 100,000 fans in Neyland.

If some posters, who he can't even be sure are actually UT fans, can run him off from a team...he will absolutely fall to pieces the first time he fumbles and gets booed.

I'm not one to bash a recruit for picking another school & I would have LOVED to add Kimbrows speed to this team but come on!!! If your going to choose a school atleast know how to spell their freaking nickname, Comedores!?!?! Really!?!?!? & he expects to pass classes at Vandy?? :eek:lol:

jmoore what rb's do u think we get this yr?how many do we take u think?By tha way Im from Newport as well.I think this month will b a busy recruiting month 4 us.

Not too sure about Rb's but for LB we have interest from Santos, some say we have a slight shot at Alexander,
Lewis has talked highly of us, LSU is slow playing
Peters and we were his first big offer, Rumor was that Neal tried to commit recently haven't heard anything in a while though. Of course, many more LB's will come up in the following months. We should easily fill up with high quality LB's this class.
