Wouldn't have been admitted, and Harbaugh had moved on from him by the time UT offered.

You do realize kimbrow is going to get admitted at vandy. I highly doubt young would've had a problem at Stanford.

Wow. He may have started it, but how do we look as a fan base trashing a 17 year old who hasn't even stepped foot on a CFB field?

Some here are acting pathetic. JMO. Out of everyone UT has offered, BK has one if the best offer lists in the country. Talent is undisputed.

Yes, but why is everyone acting like this is the end of the world? He would've been a return specialist here. Point blank, period. Where's he fit in our offense? No where. Yes it sucks we didn't get him, but in the end he wasn't going to be a huge part of the offense anyways. I'd rather get a big hogmolly OL that'll help anchor our o-line for four years than a kid who will return kicks and may or may not contribute offensively. Just my 2 cents, good luck to him at Vandy though he's sure gonna need it.

I agree. He would have fit in about as well as Oku did. I wish him luck with Vandy. He will be lucky if he can still walk without a limp after his sophomore year.

I don't think a message board was the deciding factors in B.K's choice of school. Does he read it ? Probably , Its a 2K thread topic on a free message board. Stay Classy my friends

I hope you guys can keep this thread going until 2014..by then you should have 1.2 million views and 87,474 replies . :loco::loco::loco::loco::crazy::crazy::crazy::crazy:

No one is disputing that Kimbrow has talent -- That he is very fast is one thing that we know for sure. But D Young is fast also, and his stats are superior to Kimbrow's at this point.

As for your statement that "Out of everyone UT has offered, BK has one if the best offer lists in the country", that is a very big stretch. His list is lengthy, but if you will carefully examine it you will find that there are a lot of unimpressive programs on it and it is a bit lacking in top tier programs. Here in the South, LSU, Florida State, Florida, and Miami have not offered him, and the same is true of many top tier programs in the rest of the country -- for instance Oregon, who lives on speed, has not offered. Kimbrow went to camp at Miami and walked away without an offer.

Again, this is not putting Kimbrow down. He has talent and a good offer list but many here are drunk on the Kimbrow kool aid and are stretching both his offer list and how good he really is.

I have never understood why Kimbrow's ranking was so jacked up. His junior stats are not that impressive. 40 speed alone means nothing. I live in Memphis, keep up with all the high school football, and was quite surprised that he came out ranked so high after his team's 4-7 record in his junior year. Maybe he will have an awesome senior year.

Anyway, best of luck to him at Vandy. I'm a VOL for life, but I do love Nashville, too.

GO VOLS!!

Blah, blah, blah...if he committed to UT, you'd be touting him as the next Reggie Bush.

Don't want, don't care, not sure why people would even want the kid in orange. He wants to be "special" so let him go to Vandy and see how "special" 3 wins really is. All this talk of "maybe he will change his mind and pick us" to me sounds crazy. This kid looks like he would be nothing but a headache.

Vanderbilt will go 3-9 this year.... their best season in Kimbrow's 4 years there will be 6-6.

I'm not upset that he chose Vanderbilt at all. I hope he realizes who AJ Johnson and Jacques Smith are though.... I'm sure they will use his little "hat removal trick" from his presser as motivation to decapitate him.

Hey don't get me wrong his ship has sailed and it can continue to sail as far as I'm concerned.

The crap that has erupted from this is exactly why I despise a good portion of our fanbase.

Kimbrow will never stick to his Vandy commitment. And Uzebike said I am committed but I will be taking all of my visits. That's not a commitment. And yes it's just July!!!

"i dont wanna be nowhere where i'ma disliked, i wanna be where im wanted" lol

There is no I in "team", but there is a me in "comedore". Btw, I would still take Kimbrow if he changed his mind. :)
