Who will Kimbrow choose?

My early feeling on this one is that this could be a TN-Bama battle. I believe he has a former teammate that is a freshman at Bama right now.

To reiterate some of my earlier comments and some others on here, this kid is really talented and may not get some well deserved credit because his team is not that great. If you move him down the road to a MUS, CBHS, or White Station and this kid would be putting up sickening numbers.

Too true. His team is just above garbage. That school's practice facilities suck as well.

As a RB, he doesn't fit their offense at all.

I have just heard that Saban likes him. Has already been at his school to "Bump" into him one more than one occasion.

Alabama added the pistol dimension to their offense this year. Its not out of question that they would take a speed back to compliment their heavy hitters, or even get him in the slot.

Dooley & Chaney have "bumped" into Kimbrow at his school.

They would take him, not what I was sayin.

My point there was that Alabama seemed to like him.

To my understanding, Dooley and Co. were very adamant about not seeing prospects (at least in the Memphis area) until it was allowable. HS coaches will often arrange for kids to be "around" the coaches office so that the bump can occur. I know of at least 2-3 schools in Memphis with high profile kids, where Dooley himself told the coaches to send back to class and he would get with them when the legal contact periods opened up. (Not saying that it did not happen anywhere)

I'd bet Dooley knows that he can "bump" into a kid at his school & he will use any advantage he can get. He knows that other coaches do the same, remember he learned from one of the best recruiters in the buisness in Saban.

Should be. Imagine what he would do with solid OL.

Any early feelers on this kid? I am thinking Bama could be hard to beat for this one.

they are in thick of it.........yes if he had a good OL...smh..he would put up monster numbs...
tennessee and bama imo

“I have 19 offers right now,” Kimbrow said. “Tennessee has offered, USC, Alabama, and a lot of other schools. It’s great to see my hard work is paying off.”

One school that Kimbrow likes is the University of Tennessee.

“They are definitely up there high on my list,” Kimbrow said. “I have always liked it up there. They have a new coaching staff and seem to be headed back in the right direction.”

Like I said, Kimbrows dad is a Tennessee fan.
