I haven't really got that from him, but the reality check for most kids would be the SEC weekly grind. In the SEC the benches are loaded with "I" kids in HS that get to make tackles every kick-off in college. That will make you a "we" man quick.

This. I don't know what his character is like, but if Dooley is molding the team the way I think he is, any problems are quite likely to be straightened out. If there aren't any problems to begin with, even better.
