'12 TN ATH Alex Dale

The kid is pretty good. He had to sit out his Sophomore year because of he transferred schools and played in a very young, inexperienced secondary this year that suffered a lot of injuries. His stock will rise this spring and summer as he gets to some more camps. He is probably a solid 3* player.

I do not think that a TN offer is out of the question. TN coaches are very aware of who he is and have tape on him. No knock on this kid, but it may be easier to pull a equal or slightly better developed talent out of Georgia.

Dale never had to sit out a year nor did he ever transfer. He has been at MUS since 7th grade. His sophomore year he was actually a large contributor on their state champion team that finished 4th in the nation.

My bad, I thought he transferred from ECS. Confused with another kid.

Rest of my comment is still my opinion on him. Solid player.

Don't sweat it. I do agree - he will probably be a solid 3*. But if he does work at summer camps and gets his 40 time down in the 4.4 range, he could be a 4*

you should start a thread on CoCollough (sp?) as well. I think that he is going to get some SEC offers in the summer if not the spring.

Britt certainly has SEC lineman size. He's also a bright kid and can think on his feet. As for the offers, I think he has something to prove his senior season. He will certainly be looked at this spring and summer though, and could potentially draw a couple offers.

Agreed. I would suspect the Vandys, Wake Forrest of the world will be there first, but he could end up being bigger than those schools with a good summer and fall.

Smart, Good fundamentals (as typical with MUS kids), and a good athlete. I see him at an SEC school (Ole Miss is my thought), but I think he would be a way down TN's list given the relatively low number of DB's they will need.

I hate that MUS is putting out such a good class in a year that TN's need will be low at the positions MUS is producing. They continue to have some good kids in the next few years.

Probably a good fit for him and I would tend to think it will stick. I wonder though if his Ole Miss offer was committable.
