'12 SC WR Quinshad Davis

What are we gonna do with all these freakin wideouts? lol.

While we were known as wide rec u some of them saw the field as db's. The game has changed some since then but trying to find a place for wr's is a nice problem to have.

We needed 5 wrs in this class. We only have 3 with Hunter, D Rogers, and Dallas. Hunter and Darick may go pro after next season so all 5 will stay at WR!

Neal is also a WR and had a decent year last year. Guy has sub 4.4 speed, he will be a big part of our offense next year. Has to learn how to not fumble, then his playing time will increase.

anywhere but the tar holes.. I won't be super pissed if he ends up at Wake, but i'm still hoping he ends up a VOL.. He is our last chance at having a good signing day.

NC fans are confident too, who the heck knows. Like 10 said, anything else is a bonus in my eyes. Assuming Bourque and Patterson sign.

Not seeing Q. Davis at Tennessee. Why would he come here now that Patterson signed? We have 2 studs signed and 2 more on the way (Alton and Drae) at WR for the 2012 class.

I think UNC lost a couple WR's last year including Dwight Jones, so there will be immediate playing time there for him.

Rogers is gone next year. Hunter with a big year could be gone as well.

Davis by the looks of him really could use a season in the weight room and would step in immediately with Croom/Patterson as the big 3 in 2013.

The staff fully expects to lose Hunter and Rogers, otherwise they would not have gone as hard as they have for WRs.

A lot of people say the same thing about Patterson. There's very little probablility of all 3 going pro early. Probably far more likely that only one of the 3 will.

Patterson would just have to come in and set the world on fire to go pro. Rogers will most likely go no matter what. Hunter if hes healthy will be the top WR in the nation next year and have a really hard time passing up top 10 money.

I find it hard to believe both or all three will be first round picks next year. Although it would be nice to see. Most likely scenario is we only lose one. No sense in leaving early without first round money.

In order for Rogers to fulfill his highest possible draft stock he needs to have a solid 12-1300 yards.. But bringing in Patterson shows the lack of faith in our running game.. More 3 wr. sets will be seen IMO with the ability to constantly rotate fresh bodies with little to none drop off

Dont get me wrong, I am not saying both will be first rounders. Rogers is as good as gone no matter what. By most accounts hes lucky to still be on the team right now. If anyone stays of the two it would be Hunter.

I understand we lost but did any other team put up 250 in th air against them last year?In addition didn't they commit like 4-5 PI penalties to prevent more? Sometimes a loss has more to do with the D than the QB. I could be remembering things wrong I guess.

Seemed like 4 or 5 pass interference calls per quarter..

Our WR core was pretty below average after Hunter went down. I think Bray throwing to Hunter, Rogers, and Patterson will be solid if we can snap the ball this year.
