Lots of outerwear is black. It was cold. Actually it wasn't, but people thought it would be cold.

there was quite a few fans behind the vandy sideline in the corner but I noticed a lot of black TN as well. Mostly vols in the stadium. I had a black jacket on but a white Power T shirt underneath. Need to get me an orange jacket for home games though.

Not true at all. We need a TE bad in this class, we have 3 TEs on the roster with one leaving after next year.

Absolutely agree. Meredith is a take and I want him here, but if he stuck with UNC, and we landed Autry, Sentimore (or McCullers although I dont think we get him), Patterson, Elston, a good RB prospect, and whoever else we finish up with I'd still be extremely happy.

That didn't answer my question, but all I meant by what I posted was what I just stated, that I'd rather see us close strong on the defensive side of the ball, get a good RB prospect plus Patterson, even if Meredith decided to stick with UNC.

If we do as you suggest and miss on Meredith it will not destroy this class... I am keeping my fingers crossed for a big time RB, even if it doesn't look good

I think that was his point. If the rest of the statement is true its irrelevant. He's important to the class, but not above those listed.

Agree. This is a very important recruit for the VOLS.

I think we would take Sentimore or McCullers and Meredith would take other spot if numbers were that tight.

If numbers aren't that tight (only coaches know) we take all three.

Yeah we take him with those if he chooses to commit and sign with us, but if there is anything to what jmoore posted about the VQ guys, then there's a chance we may not get him.

My point wasn't about choosing others over him, but simply that we can afford to miss out on him as opposed to missing out on players like Autry, Sentimore (or McCullers), Patterson, etc.

The way I stated it may have been a little unclear, but at this point, I would rather finish by loading up on defense the best we can, getting a good RB, and getting Patterson. I'd love for us to get Meredith, and we need TE's, but we need impact defensive players next year as well as someone that can come in and contribute at RB. If we miss on Meredith it's not going to going to destroy our class.
