what part didn't sound serious?

you don't think every gator fan on earth would be hitting the panic button if florida had tennessee's class right now.

especially, since florida state decided to wake up and start competing again.

the florida faithful would be scared to death. me included.

Apples and oranges.

The part where you were projecting how the class would finish. Literally impossibly at this point, IMO JMO... And the "projections" at this point aren't even that bad, so I don't know what you're talking about...

Autry, Patterson, OBrien, Santos, Grice, etc etc etc

Plain and simple, this is apples and oranges. Not even a remotely accurate comparison. Which team is on its third coach in four years with the last championship being in 1998? Tennessee. Unless someone is willing to come in and start paying recruits, this is not a "cool" place for the elite, 5-star prospects to be committing too. Florida, on the other hand, gets no sympathy from me because their in-state recruits are tops in the country along with Texas and California and the Gators' national title and Sugar Bowl victories are still fresh in the mind of these kids. Most of the kids now were about five to eight years old last time Tennessee was nationally prominent. Case closed.

ding ding ding

The coaches conceding he's a gator is literally the exact opposite from everything skeeter has been saying... Someone should lose a lot(all) credibility if DJ chooses Florida.

He hasn't talked to them about DJ in over a week by his own admission. I, for one, have no doubt in his credibility. You just have to use context to process what he posts.

Apples and oranges.

no, it's not. we play the same schedule.

it's not going to matter on saturday that certain schools have geographical advantages in recruiting.

that problem ain't going away.

tennessee better overcome them or they're screwed.

well, then it's a chicken/egg thing.

what comes first wins or recruits. you can't get recruits if you don't win. you don't win if you don't get the recruits.

It's going to matter in August, however.

So what you're saying with your posts:

Florida would be panicking with Tennessee's current class despite having a huge advantage in both national prominence and in-state talent.

Well, duh.

IF you don't like the info I bring to the board put me on ignore or pay GB,ITG or GC $9.99 for links...I post what I hear and don't spin it. :good!:

Read the user's name you are replying to, and then think why respond to someone whose name is "muschump." Pretty sure, he is 12ish.

Convenient, huh?

I never questioned it until recently. I just don't see how someone this connected to the coaches would post some of the stuff he does. Example, "i even dumb down what i write because the coaches know my writing style."

I'm just getting that "You've been trolled" feeling with his recent postings...
