I don't have a clue what DJ is going to do. Most UF fans are 60-40 atp favoring UT but many UT fans are 80%+ he's a Vol lock on Aug 5th but if he picks UF it's going to be EPIC on VN!....Waco,99Gator and others fan base are going to have a field day, the way some on here have been after the "Skeeter's report". :twocents:

Well, considering skeeter's track record, I understand the optimism. But considering that skeeter himself seems to be a little gun-shy and warns about DJ changing his mind. . . it needs to be tempered optimism. Keeping my fingers crossed that you Gator trolls don't get to party on August 5th.

I myself am not to worried about it. OT is not a position that is a huge need right now. Of course if you can take a top 5 player from your rival...you do it. A couple weeks ago I think most would have been fine with us getting Jelks and moving on. DJ is just going to be a bonus to this class if he comes on board. All signs point to that is what he will do. If it is all a smoke screen and he picks the Turds...It's not that big of a deal IMO.

Top five guys that you have a shot at are always a big deal. It's not nearly as big a deal as it would be on the defensive line or at linebacker, but it's still big.

Its truely nothing to be upset about if he doesn't come here. Would much rather have stud DTs right now. Definitely want him don't get me wrong buts its not a position of dire need.

This is a game changing prospect. I think we can afford a scholarship on this guy. It would hurt bad if he doesn't come here.

Understand what your saying...but UT will never get back to being a powerhouse if we just worry about plugging needs...anytime its us and an sec east rival for a top 10 player nationally, its a dire need...imo

I could be wrong, but I don't remember skeeter ever using the word "lock". In fact, I'm pretty sure he understands recruiting well enough that he purposely tries to avoid such terms.
