'12 NC OT D.J. Humphries

He used a post from Gator Country saying that there was some buzz from people on twitter about Humphries.

Is this guy on par with Seantrel Henderson from a couple years ago? I know he isn't as big, but he is the 3rd ranked player in the country. This is the type of guy I envisioned our Oline coach being able to recruit successfully here.

Just my opinion, but Harry Hiestand is one of the two most important assistants on our staff and he deserves every dime he earns and more. Our OL is the best young OL in the SEC and if DJ comes to K-ville it'll be the best. We've pulled some real studs the last two years and if CHH pulls Humphries, look out. We've got a GREAT problem coming up with our OL depth. Only problem will be getting them to stick around for four years.

Our young WR corps and OL are among the country's elite and with Bowles and hopefully Humphries, we'll be even better moving forward.

You'd think between Chaney and Brays good run last year, this famed WR Corp we are building and some solid Oline protection that we'd be able to get a good quarterback...

nah... that doesnt make sense... its not fun to be protected... everything feels better raw...

...

... thats what she said.

HG just confirmed the rumor that's floating on twitter. He didn't give us the GC response to the twitter rumor and that's what I really want to hear. HG if you're out there what do your mods over there say about rumors about Humphries?

you all will be pleased to know that the gator boards have gone into panic mode.

people are scrambling to hear good news from someone and they aren't getting any.

which, of course, if good news for you.

Hey O&W I saw this in the Next in line to commit thread. You may have seen it or it may not be what tour looking for but I thought I would at least show it to you.

I don't think it's a done deal him to Florida. I think Tennessee feels like they are very much alive in this one.

Now, Florida has lead the whole time and he has some ties to the Gators so it would be a lot for Tennessee to overcome.

UF has to overcome distance and Parents. Better deal than an ex-gator he trains with.

skeeter > fortenberry

He has nothing on the subject but the same speculation we had yesterday. GC wouldnt be in freak out mode if there wasnt some mild validity to it. Reminds me of the Dawson to USC crap last year but we were in the Gators shoes.
