If Auburn is cheating like people say 1. the NCAA will nail them and 2. The media would already be all over it IMO. You can't tell me pro-Alabama media-ites, and pro-Georgia media-ites wouldn't already be all over this digging for every spec of dirt on Auburn and publicizing it.

Remember, these rumors always seem to start after a team wins a national championship, especially one that seemingly comes out of nowhere and wins it.

Rumors about Trooper have been going on for ages.

Clem$on has not won a NC, and there are plenty of rumors.

Also, Baylor basketball is cheating...just letting you know.

Oh and the NCAA? Well they will never catch Orgeron and that man has been cheating for a decade. The dumb cheaters are the ones who get caught which is why I keep waiting for how much Gabe Wright was paid to come out in the paper.

You're right the Trooper rumors have been out there forever. That is why I can't understand why he hasn't been punished yet by the NCAA if he has been cheating for so long.

The Clemson rumors are out there too because they recruit at such a high level and people that dont look at their staff makeup cannot figure out why.

I'm not surprised at all over the recruiting success Clemson has had. I agree they pretty much suck as a staff from a coaching standpoint, but Dabo, Steele and Harbison are 3 elite recruiters. 3 of the very best in the business.

I wont disagree that the NCAA picks and chooses who to punish and who to protect in many cases. (Nike $$$ and Oregon is why they will never be punished) But you would think the media would be all over Auburn by now if there was truth to these rumors. Like I said, the UGA guys in the media, the Alabama guys in the media, etc..would love nothing more than to absolutely bury Auburn.

Trooper is the best at what he does. Cheating and getting away with it. He has a lousy reputation in parts of the South.

There's a HS coach out there, and I will not name names or places, that will try and foil his recruiting efforts at every opportunity.

Auburn's been cheating for ages. The National Championship doesn't really matter. It's only a matter of time before someone over there slips up.

The NCAA wants the Cam saga to go away quietly but the Bammers won't allow it.

Saban has seemingly ran a pretty clean program since showing up largely by keeping boosters and fans in the dark as well as guaranteeing them that he has it under control. However if the NCAA doesnt crack down on Auburns rampant cheating then they are likely to send this state's booster arm-race back into the 1990's.

I try not to side with either party in the ever-going Iron Bowl war. I do, however, get a certain amount of satisfaction watching the Bama fans cry foul every time Auburn beats them at anything.

I think Florida will remain the leader unless they back off somehow. I like tennessee's chances, but I like Florida's more. I really hope they tank this season.

This controversy started with Miss St and to some degree Urban Meyer at Florida and just about every SEC fan and really CF fan has been disgusted with what has been going on down at Auburn (from Cam to Thibadeaux). I dont think you can just pin this on Bama fans and the REC, not this time :lol:

Hence the usage of the term "every time." :thumbsup:

But to be fair, Bama fans were talking about Auburn cheating to get Cam way before there was anything public and all of their supposed "theories" were later proven false.
