This is true. He slandered our 5 star DT recruit Quay Evans accusing him or rape (never even accused or even brought in for questioning). He also is bad about saying that our recruits that choose State over Ole Miss won't qualify (he got an earful for reporting this last year when it was not true and the player mentioned fully qualified and was in class for both summer sessions.

Also when recruits choose State over Ole Miss, Yancy tells his subscribers that certain player either didn't have a commitable offer from Ole Miss or Ole Miss cooled off in their recruitment.

He has no background in Journalism and like stated is nothing more than a glorified sports National Enquier writer

He has been with the Ole Miss scout site since its early years in the early 2000's. He is a former golf pro in Oxford who has lots of connections with some of the top Ole Miss boosters and has had ins with the coaching staff in the past.

It would be nice. It will probably be tough to catch Richie this week. He has visits to USM on Thursday and MSU over the weekend. Best shot is probably next week before his visit to Oxford.

Lol. They won't even go as far to say which MS school. I think it's pretty well known that MSU is the leader.

Thanks for the welcome! I think we have a shot. Maybe 35-40%. He is a big family guy and I think the distance might be the biggest thing to overcome, IMO. I want to see him in Orange, but I really wish him the best. If he doesn't go to UT, I hope he goes any where but OM. It is a beautiful campus with a unique atmosphere. Unfortunately, the football program, and athletics in general, are a joke. The whole culture is corrupt.

I think the VFL program will be a huge draw for him. I wouldn't underestimate it's impact here.

I think we are sitting well. I am just trying to remain calm and realistic. We will be fighting til the end with those in states. I wouldn't read too much into his bro not posting. Probably, just trying to give his bro privacy. I am sure all is well.
