And did you try to get any inside scoop from him as to what's the real deal with Dalton?

I didn't ask, but he did say that "we need him at the real UT." Hopefully, Danny can talk to him and get him here, but it did make me a little nervous to hear Dalton's best friend on the Vols flat out tell me that Texas is trying to take him from us.

How was Eric Church? Thought about going to the 5-5-12 show in Nashville.

I thought he put on a GREAT show. Brantley Gilbert was the PERFECT opening act, too. If you like Eric, I definitely recommend going. If you like to knock a few drinks down too, then you must go! Good music, good time.

Very much agree. Assuming (not sure they are, but for argument's sake) that the coaches have to spend a lot more time and resources on people like Santos, imagine what other recruits out there we might have been in on had Santos stayed solid and not so high maintenance. O'Brien, Bowles, Croom, players like that who stayed solid all the way through should get nicer rooms in Gibbs.

I actually thought some idiot posted saying that O'Brien didn't try hard enough to help us keep Santos and that he is a loser. Glad it didn't happen. This kid is going to do great things. Can't wait to see him in orange!
