It would not matter who said big fish was....we need more than 2 DTs in this class. I would guess 4 would be ideal. Jacobs, Your Big Fish, and plenty of room for 2 more.

As it has been mentioned many times..IMO...UM is just about full and is slow playing him. He wants to go there and is willing to wait it out. Where we stand with DTs..I think he is in a good position to wait it out for a while and not risk losing his spot here.

We are NOT slow playing Obrien. Maybe he hasn't committed because he is torn between us and Michigan and he has until Feb 3rd to make up his mind. If I wasn't sure what I wanted to do, and I had his talent, I wouldn't commit yet either, until I was 100% positive I picked the best place for me. Don't blame him at all.

He wants to play the game. This was normal a few years ago but the recruiting landscape has changed a lot the past couple of years with so many kids committing very early. Texas started it by having kids commit before the summer started and now its almost odd that someone waits until signing day. There will be a few that wait but for the most part anyone not a diva will be committed well before.

I agree with you. They have 14 def players and 9 off players. They have zero skill players committed. Would think they would need a few of those. They have a few TE but wouldnt say thats a skill position.

A lot of kids just want to play for the state school. I personally didn't want to go anywhere but UT. O'Brien probably wants to go to UM and is holding out hope that he can. Don't know if that is the case, but very well could be.
