He is a die hard Michigan fan, didn't miss a home game last year. If something were to happen with that staff, say they don't offer him or don't recruit him hard, then maybe.

But if it were you in his position (I'm assuming you're a huge UT fan) and lived in Tennessee, where would you go to school?

Playing in the SEC with its quality competition and coaching, not to mention its volume of NFL placements, is a big factor. Michigan is good SEC recruiting territory, and UT has done well there. Let's show this good looking young man some Volunteer love.

Hope CCS is staying in this guys ear and reminding hime who offered first. Success on the field this next year will help out a lot. Especially if we have a dominate D-line. This will prove the naysayers about the ability of CCS to coach 'em up.

:salute:

How in the world can you guys even talk about this yet? I'm still burned out from last week.

This time I am waiting till the end of the 2011 season to follow this.

UT's done well in Michigan? Because we got Arnett? UT has two guys on the roster from Michigan including Arnett who isn't even enrolled.

If you were offered the chance to play for your childhood dream, then I think you're recruitment is pretty much over the minute they offer. He might not publicly state that, but it might as well be over.

This is what recruiting is about, following from day 1. Some can handle it and some can't. It's not for everyone. JMO

I've only been following closely about a year and a half but I'm addicted, that's for sure :)

We need D-Linemen in this next class in a serious way. Still think UM keeps him home, would love to see CCS bring him to Knoxville.
