A lot of you are laughing at the fact that Arkansas is close to playing for a championship. If you remember, before the LSU game Arkansas was ranked 3rd in the BCS. Everyone knew Arkansas wasn't going to beat LSU despite the fact they had beaten LSU 3 out of 4 previous years. The previous year Arkansas was 2 late Ryan Mallett INTs from beating Bama as Arkansas came up short 21-24.
Couple that with the fact that Arkansas has as good or better facilities and Northwest Arkansas scenery is a lot like Eastern Tennessee.
Arkansas is In better shape than Tennessee currently.
Dooley is on the hotseat. Petrino is not. Petrino has an 18 million dollar buyout. He's not going anywhere.
