Much better. He was scared to tell the truth because he knew how badly he was screwing us over. It's forgivable because he's a 17 year old kid, but it doesn't mean he didn't screw us over and that we don't have to suffer the consequences.
Had he been honest, UT would have had a chance to do some last minute work on another LB. Santos made it clear the minute he started wavering, Peters could have done the same.
Dooley is in way over his head. Most of my angst is actually aimed at the idiocy of allowing him to stay. He should've been let go the day after the KY loss (actually he never should've been hired).
I do have fun at the expense of the goobs who defend him at all cost. No matter what he seems to do, his defenders come out of the wood work.

And so do the morons who think firing him will make this program better. Let me ask you this genius, who do you think we can get as a HC at Tennessee right now?
You think any coach worth their salt would have touched us after losing our 3rd coach in four years. That's the problem with reactive fans, never see the big picture.

Santos I understand. Home state school, Longhorn for life.....but Otha? He bought in to the hogs "used car salesman" approach, and I'm afraid he bought a lemon.
