He is excited to visit this weekend. He says he's solid to Tennessee. We even discussed what possible number he would want to wear at Tennessee. He wore #5 in high school, but would possibly like #25 at Tennessee. He's been texted a little bit with Davante Bourque and they may even be on the same flight up to Tennessee. His mother will travel with him and this will be her first visit to Knoxville. Give a lot of credit to Terry Joseph who has really stayed in contact with Otha after Peter Sirmon and Justin Wilcox left for Washington.

per TOS, Austin Price

From what I understand, we can thank MZTERRY, her hubby and Jason as much as Coach Joseph. We owe a great deal of gratitude to them for the work she has done keeping Peters, Santos, and more than a few of the rest of our class together after the departure of JW and PS.

MZTERRY, if you are around here, thanks.

Did MikeHamiltonFan say that in one of his infamous 2,000 word threads about nothing?

Where has he been lately anyway? Not that I miss him.

Yeah, it was mentioned in one of those. I think the last time I saw him post was a few months ago, in the basketball forum where he went on some rant about bruce pearl and how we are going to miss hamilton

Seriously?

I think or atleast I hope he is saying that mzterry helped by talking to his mom

I think it's silly to suggest that a recruit's mom did more than one of our coaches. From all accounts Joseph and Thompson have done a very good job of calming down all the uproar after Sirmon and Wilcox left. I do appreciate her talking to Peters' mom and the other recruits about UT, though.

I believe CTJ is a valuable recruiting resource and should have a position just because of that. However a new DC will probably want his own secondary coach and would probably be an upgrade to CTJ. It could mean that CTJ will move to coach special teams which may not best for the team.

Totally agree, just trying to clear up what I hope he meant. No way she did more work than the coaches, but she helped with his mom
