'12 KY QB Zeke Pike

Yeah, whole lot of nothing.

Guys, I am telling you, the kid has attitude problems and you don't want him in Knoxville. I told you this a few weeks ago.

Yeah id rather wait and hear from a third party what actually happened. Of course Pike would try to downplay it.

"I was merely testing it's durability. And then I placed it in the woods because it's made of wood."

"I really enjoyed it," Pike said of the Michigan trip. "It is one of the best programs in the country as far as tradition and winning. I think with Coach Rodriguez there they kind of went away from the traditional Michigan offense, but I think they've got the right coaches in position now."

"I think it is a very intriguing offer and I'm excited about Michigan," Pike said. "It's a school where you can always get talent."

Pike is visiting Tennessee, Clemson, Georgia and Auburn this week. He wants to narrow it down to 8 schools by the summer.

Well after more info came in, Geno Smith is back as my favorite recruit

If you are going to throw a ball at a ref, at least make it count

He may be a headcase, but going into next year we'll have something we haven't had in a long time: A group of upperclassman with an established team philosophy that can squash any selfish attitude on an incoming freshman.

I understand the coaching staff avoiding any recruits that may have been 'cancerous' in this last class, but going forward I believe they'll be willing to take risks with elite talent.

The meaning has completely changed.

i liked this comment on it best:

I bet he put a little extra mustard on the toss and the ref didn't relish having to catch that pass. No doubt he was just hot dogging a bit, lets not make concessions here that might ketchup to us later.

Jeff Garcia! I'd rather not take any chances of that situation.

I believe I heard or read he plans to be in Knoxville in Tuesday.

Read the same thing. He's on Spring Break and is making his circuit of visits, culminating at AUB for their SG.

I haven't even seen this guy's film yet (I plan on looking at it soon) so this isn't a personal opinion, but I know there are some that say Pike is overrated.

It's b/c the kid is raw as a QB. I think last year was his first year playing QB for his high school, he was playing TE/LB. He has great measurables & arm. Whoever gets him will need to be able to RS him & just work with him. By the time the kid is a Jr in college he could be very very good.
