Not comparing him to anyone but I like how he runs through and around arm tackles. Good speed, good vision, and good size. He smoked some db's in his film, but its hard to tell how good/bad his competition was. If I were to compare his style with Arian Foster. Dont take that as I think hes as good as AF.

Having examined his film in depth ,I find that he has: terrific speed ( 4.5) for a big 215/220 back ....he runs away from DB's;is strong and does not succumb to arm tackles;has terrific hands either out of backfield or in the slot ...catches lots of passes;a very good returner of both punts and Kickoffs for TD's no less;great vision and makes cuts that would be unexpected for his size; and finally he has some wiggle in taking the ball to the house.

Probably the best JUCO back coming out this year and that inccludes Grice and anyone else.Leading JUCO rusher with close to 2000 yards.He was 1st team NJCAA All American ...Grice was 2nd team.

He is the best RB prospect that has been recruited by UT this year imo and that includes Marshall,Davis ,Grice ,etc

“I had a great visit to Arkansas, especially how crazy the fans were at the Catfish Hole (Restaurant) and how much they support their team,” Williams said. “They also have great facilities and I really enjoyed being around the players and coaches. I am going to take my other visits, but Arkansas has put itself up there at the top.

Why are we basing whether we get Davis on whether or not we take this guy? RB is the biggest question mark on this team at this point. We need all the help we can get.

i dont know why tennessee is hoping for a big name back in this calss when next yeart is full of big names our chances of pulling a big name is not good. Why wouldnt we go after this kid and be done this kid is good he can play and focus on offense next year and some big name dline i mean when no one has clearly put tennessee on the top of their list unless the coaches have a good feeling aboput someone. I think if we do get a desent back this year next years rb will not feel threatend with playing time and if we are winning we might pull a 5 or 4 star back. I like this kid no reason to slow play him if the kids wants to come let him if davis goes to clemson they have good backs there. If pender and borque goes to where they are committed they will have to wait there turn maybe not pender but from what iom reading the are not going to leave so get a under the radar guy with talent like williams and make it work for the year. We have a good enough passing game with everyone healthy we can make up for the running back all we need is someone to take the load off bray and hold onto the football get the tuff yards and be a good back not great i like this kid as that guy for next year go get him and dont waste to much or he may be gone

It's simple really. A lot of pressure to win next year. Dooley cannot afford to lose for another season. A good mixture of JUCO's and smart evaluations set the pace to get us back on track. If he just gets highschool players... get ready for another losing season... then another coach... then more rebuilding...

Now back to football this kid is a good back that can play we are not getting a elite back this class we have neal lane and smith one will step up IMO. If i was a coach i would ask this kid is he ready to come in and play and watch him break some ankles cuz this kid has happy feet vision i havent seen in a while and a to b speed not a burner but can fly for the first 10 to 15 yds i say he is a take if it was me but im not a vol coach.
