A big decision for all of these kids. I know if I was making a major decision that day I wouldn't talk to anyone until I was ready to announce.

Hangin up shows the same amount of respect as being shown to him. Let him make his decision.
Why call him before he signs? He told them previously he signs at 12...

It's just rude. Why not tell him to stop calling you, and the decision will be made shortly. Nothing more needs to be said. He needs to learn to "man-up" through having an aduit conversation with someone.

Hanging up on him solves nothing. It just pi$$es someone off. If anything, turn the damn phone off if you don't want to receive phone calls. Don't hang-up on someone and say the problem is solved. That's avoiding the problem.

BUT- I damn sure knew he wasnt going to Tenn...at least it's between us and Fla at 11 CST- you guys arent even in his thoughts

No. The alternative, more professional way of doing things, would be to answer the phone and tell him to stop calling, for a decision would be made soon. It's simple and quite easy. It doesn't avoid the problem.
