Confirmed on UGOsports per twitter. JUCO CB Otis Jacobs has committed to play for #Tennessee. He will be an early enrollee, and probably an early contributor. Not sure how reliable that is, but just saw it and thought it was worth posting.

Agreed. If Sentimore was a big factor in selling O Jacobs like it seems why hasn't he committed? Something worries me about that.
