2012 is when us Vols will start evening the playing field with everyone else as far as recruiting goes since the staff is building relationships . things will be interesting

a QB right in the middle of Chaney's old stomping grounds.

Already holds offers from Tennessee, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Purdue, Cincy, Colorado, and Indiana.

That is a very solid offer list for a QB this far out. He must be a good one.

I saw him at Cincinnati's camp a few weeks ago. Very solid '12 prospect and his size looked pretty legit.

I think he has a brother that plays for Indiana.

Wow this kid is already a 6'4" and 220 lbs as a Soph. This kid is probably going to be around 6'5"-6'6" and 240 by the end of his senior year.

now that i think about it, if he plays for columbus east, i definitely played against him at a 7 on 7 tournament last year up at the colts practice facilities. We beat Columbus East to get into the final 4. I remember they were all huge and the QB had a good arm, but he didn't really stand out that much otherwise. I picked him off once IIRC.

I am a high school coach at a 5A school and he goes to a 4A school but we played against his team on Sat in a 7 on 7 tournament and he picked us apart bigtime, I wish I had known then that he was being recruited by UT, I would have put a good word in.

Manning is 6'5, correct?

There's no way that Gunner's 6'4. Even with a helmet on, the top of his head comes to Peyton's eyes. The kid may not even be 6'0 tall. Are we sure the kid in the pic with Peyton is Gunner Kiel?

It was the Center Grove shootout. I am coaching at Lafayette Jeff. My first year and my son will be a freshman. He lead the JV team to 5 and 1 with the only loss coming in the semi finals agianst the small schools. My son that is. I don't know Columbus East's final record in the tourney.

PM is closer in the pic and this pic is from last year when the kid was a soph(I think). He is at least 6'3" now.

i was a senior at evansville memorial last year. we got beat by west lafayette at state last year.
