without justin hunter, tennessee has struggled to find another key playmaker opposite da'rick rogers. Redding has been watching and wishing he was already in knoxville.
"i really wish i was there to help out," redding said. "they are just missing a playmaker or two. It hurt that (hunter) went down. They are getting better, but it hurts you when the team is young and you lose such key players."
he talks with tennessee coaches every week and they are always pushing him to be the best he can be on and off the field.
"we talk about school," redding said. "they want me to stay focused in the classroom. My education is important. They know football is going to be there. I really coach baggitt and coach dooley. They are good people and they care about each player."
