Austin is currently the #1 kicker in the nation, hit a 59 yd game winning fg in hs, top 2012 member at last year's Sch. Camp, showed huge fg range at Dec Showcase Camp, hit 9 of 10 fg and won ko competition at Southern Showcase camp in May of 2011, hitting high clean balls on fg off the ground, had made gains in mental toughness and repeatability, best combination of power and consistency in the nation, also improving as a punter

This kid is worth a scholly for his kickoffs alone. I know, Palardy could kick through the end zone in high school, but this guy can kick through the right hand section of the end zone from the left hash. Don't see this kind of kicking power often.

Also, that 59 yarder would have been good from at least 65 yards. Coaches see a desire for this kid with limited schollys, I can see why.

Ausint won 2 of the 3 kicking phases of yesterday's Camp at UT with Palardy looking on . . . . Reid Ferguson (Class of 2012 Vol offer Long Snapping) was also recognized in the long snapping part of camp.

I agree. It would not hurt to bring in a kicking specialist in this class.

Maybe it'll cut down on the amount of times a team gets to start on the 40.

I like the offer. We could use the depth, and maybe the competition will make Darr and Palardy better. Lord knows we can use a consistent FG kicker.

Yep. If he can kick it deep into the endzone from the 30 every time, then sign him up.
