"Georgia and Alabama are at the top and are probably about the same right now. I like their style of defense and how the coaches use their defensive backs. They are both recruiting me as a cornerback."

On who he plans to visit this fall:

"I plan on going to a UGA game, Alabama and another Auburn Game."

On how Isaiah Crowell and Gabe Wright have helped him with handling the recruiting process:

"Gabe and Isaiah taught me not to rush my recruitment, to take it slow, and to look at each college, not just for football, but also academics. They taught me a lot."

Thought it was just in alphabetical order?

It is, I had already went around to each players thread & posted what 24/7 had said about them then I noticed it was all in alphabetical order.

Scout’s Take: Bonner is the next top recruit out of Carver and he follows guys like Isaiah Crowell and Gabe Wright. Bonner is a gifted athlete with the size and skills to play corner or safety on the next level. He is solid in both coverage and run support. He is a physical player with good closing speed and ball skills.

Recruiting: Offers started arriving for Bonner when he was a sophomore. Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Florida State, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee among others have offered and as of right now, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and Miami are the schools he is interested in the most with Auburn and Clemson in it as well.

"Saturday night at Georgia was as live as I have ever seen it. The atmosphere was very intense the fans were very into it. My favorite part was being around the coaches and Mark Richt and just chillin' with them. Georgia is now number one on my list."

"I have Georgia as my No. 1 school right now," said Bonner. "Miami would be No. 2 for me. Miami has been calling a lot lately, and I will check them out at some point this year."
More offers are certain to come, but Bonner has a plan on when he will commit.

Yet another stud out of Carver Columbus. We need to build a pipeline to that school, the '12 class will be good but wait until you hear about their '13 class.

A very talented kid and great to hear we are on top. Look for this kid to POSSIBLY drop early in the process because there's some other very good CB's also looking at us. (Geno for one).

Yes, Richt is nothing if not a strict disciplinarian, fully in control of his team. :whistling:

Not many coaches would have kicked Mettenberger off, heck, look at Garcia, on last chance number 6 or 7?

Apparently the 'juvenile' posted on his facebook a pic of the ipod for sale. You can't fix stupid.

Actually, yes. Sure guys have screwed up, but you can hardly pin a 18-21 year old doing something stupid on CMR. All you can hold a coach responsible for is his reaction to his players doing stupid stuff. Anything more serious than public drunkenness or smoking a little green has gotten any UGA kid kicked off.

Also...Bar Knoxville? Glass houses and all that, ya know? I guarantee that those guys would have been kicked off UGA's team. All of them.
