I don't think they will win the NC by any means, but they will have a good shot at a BCS Bowl. They will only be considered underdogs in 1 maybe 2 games next year. They will def be underdogs in the Oklahoma game and maybe the Florida game. But they should be favored in all of their regular season ACC games and I don't see them losing any of those. Maybe one upset, but I don't see it. I can see the 2 loses OOC, but I'm not seeing them losing 3 games. That would be a major underachievment IMO. That kind of talent playing that easy of a schedule..they need to capitalize.

Obviously a UF fan would disagree. I just stated my opinion.

Yes, FSU has plenty of talent for this season coming up. They are a strong candidate to make a NC run.

same fsu team that got hammered by Oky and lost to Clemson and NCState. If they couldn't make a run with Ponder and returning 7 guys in the 2deep on the OL(5 starters) then they are going to have some issues next season...could look like UF this past season. Some major holes to fill.... We'll see if Jimbo and staff are worth that 6 million in raises.

We shall see. Jimbo has the FSU faithful believing again. They only had 1 bad loss last year, not bad for a first year head coach.

I don't care at all for FSU but I'm an objective fan also.

Side note: I was actually banned from a UGA site after predicting that UF would play for a NC in the '08 season. I tell it how it is.

I'd put my money on Virginia Tech winning the ACC and getting blown out in the orange bowl before that kind of prediction.

You certainly can't bet against VT any year, that's for sure.

I really like Jimbo and I think the future is very bright for FSU.

if he sticks to his word and not take trips this one is over and won't make it to NSD....he plans to enroll early.
