Thanks Dep...
The more I see this kid the better I like him, good footwork, see's the field well, and has a decent arm... can move when he has to and doesn't seem afraid to give a hit rather than just take one :salute:
I'm sure he will Dep. His video looks great. Only thing that I saw that concerned me (may be the video angles though) is that I can tell where most of his passes were going. Seems like the plays had a couple receivers in the areas each time so that could be it too, but his head was pointing there most of the time. I do like how he scrambles and keeps his head down field.
Btw - Thanks for all ur updates on NP through his recruitment.
DEP hope you won't have to wait to long to here about him making plays at UT in the near future. I hope you get a chance to see him play while he is at UT.
He delivers a nice shot to a St Aug player at around the 4:30 mark.
I appreciate it. I enjoyed passing the info along.
Dep
I hope he gets to play early and has a very long successful time at UT. I retire in 18 months, and one of the things I hope to do is come up to visit Neyland when he is a starter. Always wanted to see that stadium.
One of the kind Vols here in the recruiting forum even volunteered to get me a ticket. I'll have to read back to see who that was! LOL.

Real excited to see Nathan play for UT. Makes quick reads, gets the ball out so fast and accurately too. Favorite part of his video tho has to be how he rolls out both directions, not just to his throwing side. He rolls left really well and plants and throws a great ball. There's almost a Manningesqe quality to it if I may.
Dep - I saw that and nearly fell out of my chair! The pass at the 1:42 mark was really special as well. It has been since T Martin since we've had a QB that had that much pocket presence and mobility. Yet, I see why Chaney said Nathan and no others. He is so well schooled on mechanics - ball position, quick release, quick decisions, arm strength, feel, anticipation, anticipation, anticipation. Did I say anticipation?! I know we are seeing highlights and not lowlights. But I suspect his lowlights relate more to thinking he can do anything with the ball rather than being dumb. That is a Tyler Bray thing as well.
Now I know why they took Nathan and not Patton at Maryville. Should not have second guessed that one. We will be going more multi dimensional when Nathan gets the role for sure.
Just let is know - a bunch of us can get that done.

What are some restaurants in st Augustine you would recommend ? We have our usuals we hit up when we go but usually like to try a new one or two each time.
Have y'all been to o'steens? My fam is in love with the place. They go 3-4 times each trip to st aug. they say it's the best shrimp they've ever had. I'm not a big seafood eater so I usually just go once each trip and don't go the other times they do. Anyways if y'all haven't tried it I would suggest it.
Thanks guys.
Yep, been to O'steens many times. Great shrimp.
As for other restaurants, Creekside Dinery is good. Nice atmosphere. Creekside Dinery - St. Augustine Restaurant - Low Country Cookin'
Columbia restaurant is pretty popular.
Columbia Restaurant - Floridas Oldest Restaurant
The Raintree is nice, but pricey.
Raintree Restaurant Seafood & Steakhouse - St. Augustine, Florida
Gypsy Cab is good as well.Gypsy Cab, Fine Cousine and Catering Saint Augustine, Florida
For Italian, Amici's is pretty good.
Italian Restaurant - Amici - St. Augustine, Florida - Dining And Banquet Facilities
I've been to all these restaurants and they are good.
That should give you a few to look at. I can provide more if you let me know what kind of food you like.

Sweet! Thanks For the recommendations
Yes sir creekside is one of our restaurants we go to every trip. Good stuff and good live music
We went to gypsy Yrs ago. But had a family/friend disagreement there so not good memories. Haha
Have seen amicis many times but never eaten there.
Columbia. Is that the one in old town? We almost ate there this past trip but decided to go to the Italian restaurant attached to pizza alley. And were very impressed. My wife and I actually went back for a second trip and left the kids with my parents.
good first post NV4L...welcome to Vol Nation...glad to have Nate and his whole family become a member of our family...go Vols! go Nate!!I'd like to thank all of you for your positive comments on this board about Nate. I am one of his Uncles and I became a Vol fan on July 20 when he verbally committed.
Nate is thrilled to be a VOL and he is going to work extremely hard!
To clear things up, Nate has NOT been offered anything from Alabama.
Thanks much to Gator Dep for his weekly detailed reports on each game. I went to each game this year and your report was always spot on.
Our extended family feels that UT is a great fit for Nate and we know you will be pleased long term.
GO VOLS!!!
