Peterman threw for 370 yards, 3 TDs, and Bertram scored 36 on the #2 team in the nation.

Armwood ran 46 times for 450 yards.

With a bad defense, Peterman can be forgiven for forcing come passes.

How does ESPN rate Armwood's RB Wade Edwards as 2*? He ran for 237 yards on 26 carries!

Because he's an average talent with low ceiling



BT is not a juggernaut defense. Even you already admitted that.

Russell Shephard was a top QB recruit too and is now a receiver. Chad is too short.

The defense just wasn't fast enough. The RB hit a couple of really long runs. Their defense stuffed our run, which led to Nate having to throw it for most of the game.

For those that have seen Nate play (Dep, Jay, ect) how would you compair him to running wise? And how will that translate at the next level? I love a QB that can run.

Looks like Peterman ended his season with about...

Passing:
2,946 yards
35 TD's
10 INT's

Rushing:
312 yards
5 TD's

I think this is pretty close to accurate.

So he's a talent but we've got to coach him up? Is that what you saw the other night. You're saying he didn't have a great game and should've thrown 5 picks to tell the truth but he didn't quit no matter how many picks he had. I'm just asking since I know you shoot it straight down the pipe.

Yea i call it like i see it.
I Think he's very good.
IMO, I take him over Worley coming out of HS.

But people were tap dancing around the fact he didn't play his best in that title game.

But the youngin stands in there and Isnt scared.

That's half the battle.

Nathan Peterman is Aaron Murray with the arm of Robert Marve in HS. Anyone down this way should know what I'm talking about. That's a very good complement.

I liked Marve as a young talent. He wasn't a bad QB for Miami don't know what happened to him other than injuries at Purdue. Now who had a stronger arm Marve or Murray? Didn't watch a whole lot of Miami games when he played.

It was not his best game, by far. Missing one of his starting WRs and RB didn't help the cause.

Nate knew he didn't play well and was quoted in an article, "If anything, I kept putting them in horrible situations and they kept bailing me out".

But even though he didn't have his best game he still almost brought them back for the win.

He has the tools, I think he'll do just fine.
