How does it take several days for admissions to review one kid, especially a priority case like this one? I don't claim to know how things work there, but it would seem to me like this shouldn't take more than a couple days.

Phillips and his family have been in constant contact with Tennessee since he left yesterday and we're hearing the parents have signed off on him coming to Tennessee. From all accounts, Phillips wants to be at Tennessee.

But, he's not been admitted to Tennessee yet and it may several days before anything happens there.

If there are no hangups in the admissions process we believe he will be a Vol.
