Definitely a take. As has been mentioned countless times, this is a no-lose situation for Tennessee. So you may end up with 24 qualified in this class instead of 25. Big deal. It's better taking a chance on a talent like this than taking a guy late just to fill the class like they've done in recent years with guys like Ryan Clark, Martaze Jackson, Crump, etc who could potentially hold up a scholarship for 4-5 years.
We used to have a Cocker Spaniel named Amos, he was a mean sob. He shattered his leg jumping off a rock wall while chasing a cat. When he got back home from the vet with a cast on his leg, he went right back after the cat. We actually had to put him to sleep because he nipped at two joggers. Absolutely, if you have the talent, you can make the NFL from any program. But the spotlight is much brighter in the SEC, thus it is easier to make it into the league from UT than from Marshall.
