Disagree completely on Glass. He is one to watch IMO. Also, some may disagree but he is one who I think may be a future OLB. He has a graet relationship with this staff. This staff gave him his first offer about a year and a half ago when they were at Cincy.

I don't think you understood my point. I personally think silent commits are very rare to the point where they almost don't exist.
