'12 CO QB Cyler Miles

So visit scheduled to UT, but now he definitely wants to visit LSU before he commits? Yeah, he's set on another school just like jmoore and I said. Perhaps an LSU visit would sway him, I doubt it. Perhaps he even visits UT and then we sway him. Again, I doubt it.

Not sure who Jasonvols is, but it's funny he's telling me how you are supposed to recruit a QB like I haven't seen it before or something. I hold to everything I've stated thus far.

He wouldn't be set to announce so early unless he was sure where he wants to go. Everything else right now is wishful thinking. Perhaps some fans do not want to move on to other prospects, but with new QB names popping up, it's becoming surer that the coaches have.

And if you think a QB with the offers Miles has is committing to a school 1300 miles away from home, you are either fooling yourself, or you haven't been following recruiting very long. It's very unlikely. Especially with the revelation that now he wants to see LSU. Proves my point.

This times a 1000.... He hasn't visited. Quick question... How many commitments did UT accept last year before a kid even visited?

Sadness reigns.

Doesn't Dooley want a prospect to visit multiple times before he commits? Should be a sign he isn't choosing the Vols ...

Agreed. Plus, more QBs suddenly popping up on the board isn't a good sign either. I highly doubt he chooses UT.

In one of Dooley's interviews he stated how many players you had to offer in order to get your commitments but I can not remember the ratio.

I don't think Dooley would turn away his commitment simply because he didn't visit, on the other hand he would probably encourage a visit beforehand, so yeah, probably right on that.

Forgive, my, comma, overuse.

He could use the Couch approach too. He could commit, then decommit, visit, and then decide to recommit to Tennessee.

And if you think a QB with the offers Miles has is committing to a school 1300 miles away from home sight-unseen, you are either fooling yourself, or you haven't been following recruiting very long. It's very unlikely. Especially with the revelation that now he wants to see LSU. Proves my point.

FTR, LSU Coach Les Miles has a connection to Miles, and it's not just the last name.

Then don't assume you have to tell me how a quarterback is recruited. That's all.

Since when does Hubbs like our chances? Last I heard he thought it was a long shot.

My bad on the Hubbs part I read from my phone earlier and it was Miles quotes and not Hubbs. I completely misread that. I was skimming through it on my phone, so my bad on that. I was actually siked when I saw what I thought I saw. Hubbs is usually money on that stuff. My apologies to you coach saban.

Has dropped Colorado from consideration since Dillon committed to them. He has now added Florida & LSU to the list of Tennessee, Illinois, Arkansas, & Washington.
