I'm frustrated they didn't go for the HR hire given the money spent and reported available.

Jones may be great, but I think we overpaid for his resume and boxed ourselves in with another hefty buyout if needed. I'm concerned about eroding revenues and feel we needed a name to improve them quickly by putting fannies in seats.

Jones may well get us back, but most fans will be in wait and see mode. There are no sure things in coaching, but some fill seats easier than others. He will struggle especially with the schedule we have next year.

Having said all that, it's my school. I've got his back until his performance warrants otherwise. I hope he kicks ass!

Hart, on the other hand, is not on my Christmas list.
