It's brutal. I run 5 times a week, 3 miles a shot. Had to skip last Friday due to fluid build up in my knee. No pain just swode up. wtf?
Then yesterday I'm stoked for a workout and run at the gym and go to change clothes and forgot my dang shorts.
You still running? I'm attempting start back. Went on a 6min slow jog and finished up with some pull ups and push ups. Feet arent; 100% adn are a little sore this morning but gonna try to get back to running 3 days a week as long as the pain doesn't get much worse.
