na i didn't mess with it I don't think. I'm getting back into the swing of things. cardio will start back after my buddies wedding. that way it will give me a few more wks for my "boy" to get better. bad thing, the wedding is in destin

it's the beach down in florida. gotta go there in 3 wks. bad thing is i won't be to lean, have a lil body fat that i still need to get off. oh well deep sea fishin will be fun

You are such a winer! Oh boo hoo I have to go to Destin, probably the prettiest beach in FL with all the white sand they trucked in from the Bahamas with all my buddies... poor VM. I really feel for ya Hahaha!

I was in Destin last year at this time and I had the best vacation ever, it is so new and clean there, seriouslly the sand is like snow. It's gorgeous!

My family always went way south to Ft. Lauderdale b/c all my moms child and school friends from upstate NY live in Boca and Miami. Last year was the first time I had been to Destin, it is so pretty and clean, I was impressed.

Destin is waaaaay too crowded, unless you're a youngster which could be a good thing I guess. Last summer went to Navarre Beach which is about 5 miles west of Fort Walton. Same sand, same ocean, less traffic, more laid back, cheaper rental rates. Any questions?

Wolfman, that does sound nice! We usually use VRBO, we've been happy with everytime we use them which has been the past four or five trips where ever we are going. We did Orlando this past December and found a HUGE house with a heated pool and hot tub (sickning) and paid about 1000 for the entire week. It was so close to the parks too.
