My dad injected it when I was in TN. Those are just temporary fixes. Yes, surgery will most likely have to be done.

I had a "strained" rotator cuff. Luckily the injections and taking it easy fixed it. How long of a recovery? I think its about 3 mo if I remember correctly.

If it's done endoscopically, the recovery is about 6 weeks along with rehab.
