I know that rumor is the lifeblood of any internet board, maybe just maybe VN could try to rise above this and consider "innocent until proven guilty"

Throughout school, we "took" peoples stuff and hid it just to yank their chains...even autos, that could be considered a felony.

UT baseball pitcher Brandon Jeffrey Zajac had reported his laptop, a MacBook Pro, stolen from his Lake Loudon Boulevard dorm room on May 19, according to an arrest warrant.

UT police detected Tuesday someone was using the laptop to log into the university's wireless network and caught Clear sitting at the keyboard, according to the warrant.

"Upon my arrival, I saw Mr. Clear sitting with a silver MacBook in his lap," UT police Cpl. Ben Doty wrote. "Once he saw the officers, he closed the laptop."

The laptop's serial number matched the stolen MacBook, Doty wrote.

The real problem is that he was implicated in the previous thefts and it was supposed to be handled internally. A poster on VQ who knows the Clear family confirmed that Cam had received an internal suspension/probation. Now this baseball player reports a stolen laptop over the weekend and they find it in Clear's hands. Just freakin' beautiful.

It just seems like something he'd get kicked off for if/when it's established that he's guilty. Macbooks aren't cheap, and Cam Newton got dismissed from Florida for pretty much the same thing.
