Good to hear then.....I have always wondered why you are such a Cody fan though? Is it because your kin to him or you like the fact that he's the first prospect from Mcminnville in a very long time?

The reason I am a fan of Cody is
because he is first from Warren County in any sport to go D1 in a very long time. J have saw alot of great players through WC who screw it up but he is the first I have saw that actualy made it. Another reason is he was going to transfer schools after his 8th grade year to go to a more football school but he stayed in Warren County. His reason why he stayed was and I quote " I am not going to leave, I am going stay ans prove to the kids that they can do anything they want to, even if they are from warren county. "

I honestly don't think any of the posters on here realize what he had to go through to get to this point. I mean Warren County has had awful coaching and horrible players. So. I really respect it when a kid is willing to stay in a mess and fight to fix it.

I can respect that. There are a few recruits I have been partial to, because they are from my hometown.

I respect that and that is a good reason. I realize how awful Warren Co is My family lives close to there so I keep up with Tennessee football. One thing I respect the most is his ability to go through diversity. Thats what I wanted to know. Glad you support your local players, most don't espicially around my neck of the woods.

Diversity can be a very tough thing to deal with...

I understand, one of your former coaches used to coach at my high school, initials GC. Awful coach! My brother still walks with a limp in part to his incompetence and hateful nature. IMO coaches make or break alot of kids and programs at that level.

I know exactly who your talking about his first name is Glenn and you are correct he is awful. Warren county Coaches really screw their athletes over!

Correct. And his middle name is a$$ hat.

Typical cocky HS coach, the good ones are unfortunately way too rare. I was very lucky to have a great HS coach and the lessons he taught helped throughout my college career and beyond. It's unfortunate there aren't more out there like that.
