Will has said that he absolutely loved the visit and there is no doubt that this is where he wants to b. He even has a picture on Facebook of him in a UT jersey. if he gets his grades straight he is on his way.

I don't want to see it affect his grades, but he's a pretty special baseball player too! Look forward to seeing him play.

Thought it was interesting the article stated he will either end up at Fork Union Academy or Georgia Military Academy. I thought MiramarVol said it would be Fork Union or Kansas JUCO. Oh well. Regardless of where he goes or ends up I like the attitude of this kid. He said he realized he might of messed around too much his freshmen and sophomore years in the classroom, and now he is having to pay for it. I like that he is now working hard in the classroom and has his sights set on playing for UT. Carmichael said he was always a UT fan growing up and it would be his dream to play for UT. Hopefully he is a part of our 2012 class because he is explosive with the ball in his hands. Has been recorded at 4.38 laser timed in the 40. Would be a great athlete here.

Anyway, I would like to hear any additional information from MiramarVol about Carmichael if he has any. Seems to be very much in the know with his recruitment.

If he doesnt get the B in English, he won't go to FU. chaney said Cali, Coffey, or GMI. East Mississippi was mentioned also. But, he's busting his tail right now to make the grades. He should be at FU in June.

Yeah Carmichael has said that he is being recruited by UT as a corner, but that Chaney really likes him with the ball in his hands so they will probably try him out at KR as well. There is no telling with him really. I will be very interested in tracking his progress this next year at whatever school he attends. An earlier poster described him as a Randall Cobb and I could agree with that comparison except Carmichael is way faster.

I'm going put his highlight tape on you tube In a few days I just think its odd that if he goes to gmc he be on offense and If he makes it in to prep he be a corner back

I know they want him on defense but it would be hard for me not to see him at slot WR. He's very talented and I think he'll be great at returning kicks and punts. He's a very special football player
