Who knows - everyone recruit from you all's amazing class last year had to know Meyer wasn't going to be there more than another season after all that drama right before they signed - yet they still did - these kids will believe anything the coach tells them after that relationship is built up.
Very true.

I trust the BamaWarrior guy here.... iirc he said Pagan had gotten fat and slow. Couple that with the knee injury and this is shaping up to be a bust before he even has the opportunity to actually bust.

Wow I am devastated. I'm not seriously suggesting that they paid him, but it is puzzling how Clemson gets great recruits every year despite them being Clemson.

Makes you wonder what recruits see in a place like Clipson? Terrible conference and their HC will be gone after next year. These kids are walking into a awful situation at Clipson if you ask me. How they continually get recruits and they're terrible...

i dont understand this either, how can a subpar program get so many elite recruits? i mean we havent been great as of late but we have history, sec play and an amazing stadium and facility on our side. how can clemson do so well when they have so many other big schools around them? :mega_shok:

Boats an hos.:)

Yeah, alotta people are talking about Pagan and saying he takes plays off, but his upside is tremendous. Most are 50/50 on whether he will be really good in college, but he certainly has the athletic ability to do so!

I think he's worth taking a chance on.

Something to add on to the sudden Clemson recruiting success.

They have two five star WR's (Watkins and Peake) and a five star RB (Bellamy) commited. How a program can get this kind of talent without a proven college QB is beyond me. I don't like to throw mud at anybody but I think something is going on.

he said he was going to take a week off to himself and ended up taking an OV to Bama, so i am assuming Clemson wasn't feeling too great
