Just texted with Izauea Lanier and he said he didn't commit on his visit. He didn't have time for an interview but we're hoping to catch up with him later this afternoon.

A poster on TOS is saying Lanier committed to our staff, but will wait to announce because he might still visit Ole Miss. Says his source is from the recruiting office.

I guess we'll see.

I might be mistaking but didn't the same source say Gioni Paul did the same thing last week? Or was it Jackson?

It was Paul, but apparently the coaches don't want him because he is like 5'11 and weighs like 180 lbs as a lb.

Don't know my bases like I should. Jmoore, are you enlisting or going through OCS? I am about to graduate UTK this spring and I am starting my process of applying for Navy OCS.

I'm enlisting. I plan on doing my 4 years then enrolling at UTK, if everything works out.

One of my best friends from high school did that. He enlisted and was a machinist mate on a sub. He is at UT now (one of my roommates). He definitely did it right man. Good luck to you.

I'm not sure. I can't remember which poster reported the Paul info. I'm not sure how reliable this poster is, but he did say it came from the recruiting office.

I grew up around that area and that's where the brothers did their training. Gonna freeze your arse off this time of year....good luck, even though it'll seem like years it'll be over before you know it.

The only reason he hasn't committed may be because we are going to pull Moore. I believe Moore is our top target at DB at this point.... correct me if I'm wrong. I just know he's a little more "open" right now.
