Bam! Sounds like Dooley's kind of guy. We should be recruiting him harder than ever.

Arnett and Brassell are the only 2 WRs I think the staff wants and would take right now imo.

I agree but I would add Tacoi Sumler in there. With that being said, if the staff really only wants/likes/would take a couple, and if these guys are them, then the staff should be working really hard on em. But Ive only heard stuff that would support that about Arnett, and even with him its been a while since we heard anything. When did he or will he visit? If he has, how did it go?

Brassell's top 5 is ND, Ole Miss, USCheat, UT, and Oklahoma State.

per Rivals

Alabama and Auburn still have a small shot, too.

so assuming hes smart he wont go to usc. that pretty much makes it UT vs the home state team. Nice!

"I think I am going to Tennessee's camp next weekend. They have been sending me a lot of stuff, and I got a call from Coach Terry Joseph last week. He really wants me to come to their camp so I told him I would. I really want to see what it is like up there."

Brassell will be at camp next week. Awesome news.

South Panola guys ALWAYS go to Ole Miss. I think I can remember maybe 1 prospect in the last decade that had an Ole Miss offer from SP that ended up elsewhere. (Alabama I think).

...Well....next weekend he's going to Tennessee. It may only be a weekend, but that's one weekend he ain't at Ole Miss.

Fullback Jeramie Griffin in the 2007 class.

As for Brassell, I feel Alabama has a really good shot for him. He's very open to leaving for the very fact that so many people expect South Panola kids to go to Ole Miss. A poor season from Ole Miss could also help Alabama in that regard.

“The new coaches (at Tennessee) are great,” he said about the Vols staff. “I’m eager to take a visit there and get a feel for everything. I’ve never been there before, but I’ve heard great things about the stadium and campus and just need to see it all for myself.”
