This guy is good but he's not SEC ready right now. Dallas will be the better player no doubt. And Meline being moved back over needs to happen. He looks like a WR not a DB. Also he's got nice size and speed with leaping ability.

I'd rather have Watkins than arnett whi we seem to ne gaining ground on Plus we have Dallas coming. This isn't a huge loss really.

Not SEC ready? Don't judge him on his "youtube" videos, go to his Rivals if you have an account and watch him in camps. The dude is legit as they come.

Why is everyone losing the faith with DeAnthony? Because he had a good visit to Cal and reportedly Michigan St. is the team to beat?

MSU has always been the team to beat for his services and like TW said, he probably would have already committed if not for his strong relationship with coach Baggett. UT will be in this until the end.

True. Give it a week or two and his hype about the Cal visit will probably die down a little. However, I still like our chances with Watkins better. In-state schools are passing on him apparently, and he is much closer to UT than Arnett from Michigan.

i just get the feeling that we are going to land Arnett... when people ask the VQ staff who we lead for, they always say , for instance, "Jordan Williams and Vincent Dallas, up there with Wright and Johnson, and are in a great position for Arnett"... their confidence gives me hope

100% Agree, however, they host camps for a reason and that reason is to "evaluate" a player. They post the videos for the fan to "evaluate" for themselves and I can tell you that Arnett is going to be a solid WR at the next level.

Actually Ft. Myers is bout 14 hours from Knoxville and Arnett said it was 9 from Saginaw to Knoxville. The thing that is working in our favor is the Allegiant flights from Port Charlotte to Knoxville. I flew down there and back for $101, which is a hell of alot cheaper than driving.

I get the feeling Hubbs knows something no one else does.

He always throws in a disclaimer-type thing when talking about a recruit unless he's very confident about them.......no disclaimers are used when talking about Arnett, Wright & Dallas.....Kerbyson before that.

I agree, he has to know something.

You would think as good as MSU is playing right now that they would have to be the clear cut leader for Arnett but Hubbs says otherwise.

I hope you don't take this as a jab but, what's it matter? Does that new star make them a different player? Does it make them faster,smarter,stronger? All it contributes to is class ranking.

Vincent Dallas

Those 2 should without a doubt be bumped to a 4* & if they don't its a complete joke.

Jordan Williams
Kyler Kerbyson
Justin Coleman
Justin Worley
Tom Smith

Those should all be in serious discussion for a 4th star.

I think we will end up with 9-12 4*s, depending on which of our commitments get bumps.

ok. then i guess the question is is there any recruit out there that TN gets that everyone isnt already aware of (like rogers was last year)
