why do you say that? rivals is reporting he eliminated cal. this kid seems to tell everyone he loves them. our rivals mod thinks he's going to MSU. who the hell knows.

He and Dallas will be an awesome pull for us at receiver this year. Add them with the guys we have and we have a very talented group of receivers.

Lol at some guy on scout saying too much drama and for us to move on. The kid is slinging dust in every direction to have lulz at people like him freaking out. He's 17. Let him have his jollies. Crap is funny though!

The Rivals story from today seems incomplete. It mentions that he has five schools on his list, which I think is correct. It addresses the rumors that Cal had been eliminated, but then they quoted Arnett's brother who said that actually wasn't the case, and in fact that "Dee" told him the Cal visit was better than the USC visit. Then they go on to say that there's 5 schools in the running: Tennessee, Michigan State, Cal, USC and a yet to be named school. The unnamed school, "will be a big surprise to everybody… it will catch a lot of people's attention."

I thought the unnamed/surprise school was Boise State. What am I missing here? How did Rivals miss that?

Our OL is already starting to gel but next year when they finalize it and our QB has good protection and time, with the receivers we have our offense is going to be good. Arnett is going to be a big impact in Chaney's system and the offense.

On the surface, yeah, but you have to understand what he said earlier this year.

He thinks it's funny how everyone hangs on every word on twitter and facebook and he has stated that he likes to put stuff out there just to throw people off. This is like at the end of the fireworks celebration... You got the big hearts goin off with arrows flyin' through. You got the dang waterfall effect thing coming off the bridge. You got about 40 of the big spread out things in the sky, and then suddenly they blow off about 128 of those freakin' loud flashes of light that go off like bombs all while playing "That's the Way it Is" by Celine Dion. It is just the finale for Arnett and he is setting it off for fun. Shoot, on his twitter he has given about 3 announcement dates in the last 24 hours. You have to love the comedy.

I bet that joker has 5 hats on the table: Baylor, SMU, New Mexico State, William & Mary, and USC. He'll pick up each one, one by one, try it on, discard it and begin to strip of t-shirts revealing Michigan State, Boise State, Cal, and finally a big V,B tattooed on the chest. That's the way I'd roll. :rock:
